Spencer is an Associate at Manhattan Venture Partners, where he focuses on investment due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring. Prior to MVP, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Life Sciences group at Piper Sandler, where he advised on M&A and capital-raising transactions. Spencer holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
